BUELLER HOUSE — Mawgan Porth / 2018

Set on one long level within a hillside, Bueller House has a low visual impact on the countryside but with a bold exposed steel frame and a neon colour interior, inspired by 80s surf culture.

Inspired by a house design by James Speyer seen in the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off, the build was also an episode of Channel 4's Grand Designs.

HAY HOUSE — Mawgan Porth / 2023

Designed by RIBA award winning architects New British Design, Hay House is constructed with local stone, laid in a particular heritage style.

The approach inside was to create pockets of peaceful space for a large family to live. Materials include reclaimed Portland stone and timber window seats on every level, overlooking the trees.

MEWS APARTMENT — Notting Hill / 2022

Using neutral colours, modern sound proofing and window framing of the views over the neighbouring gardens the aim was to create an understated calmness in a noisy part of London.
