Architectural & Spatial Design

BUELLER HOUSE - DEVELOPMENT

Set on one level within a wooded hillside, Bueller House has a low visual impact on the countryside but with a bold exposed steel frame.

Influenced by a James Speyer-designed house in the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off, the build was also an episode of TV’s Grand Designs.

HAY HOUSE - DEVELOPMENT

Designed in collaboration with RIBA award winning architects New British Design, Hay House is constructed with local stone, laid in a heritage style together with a distinct zinc section.

The approach inside was to create pockets of peaceful space for a large family to live. Materials include reclaimed Portland stone and timber window seats on every level, overlooking the trees.

NOTTING HILL APARTMENT - REMODEL

Set on a cobbled mews, the design uses neutral, natural tones, modern soundproofing, and framed views of the neighbouring gardens to create an understated yet chic sense of calm in one of London’s busier areas
